Cancellation & Refund Policy

⏱️ Standard Cancellation Window

The following refund schedule applies to all cruises booked on GoaBoats.com, based on how far in advance you cancel before the scheduled departure time:

📝 How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a booking, please contact us through any of the following channels with your booking reference number or ticket code:

• Email: support@goaboats.com — response within 4 business hours
• Phone: +91 98765 43210 — Mon to Sat, 9 AM to 8 PM IST

Self-cancellation from your account dashboard will be available soon. Until then, please contact us directly.

💳 Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking).
• You will receive a refund confirmation via WhatsApp and email once processed.
• Bank processing times may vary — allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
• Deposit amounts (partial payments) are subject to the same refund schedule above.

🌧️ Cancellations by GoaBoats

In the rare event that a cruise is cancelled by GoaBoats or the cruise operator due to:

• Adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, sea conditions)
• Technical / vessel issues
• Force majeure events (floods, strikes, government orders)

You will be offered a 100% refund or a free date rescheduling (subject to availability). We will notify you at least 3 hours before departure via WhatsApp and SMS.

🔄 Date Changes / Rescheduling

• Date changes are allowed once per booking, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before departure.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability on the new date.
• If the new date has a higher price, the difference must be paid. Lower-priced dates do not result in a refund of the difference.
• To reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure
• No-shows at the jetty without prior cancellation
• Failure to carry valid photo ID required for boarding
• Passengers denied boarding due to being under the influence of alcohol or disruptive behaviour
