๐ How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel a booking, please contact us through any of the following channels with your booking reference number or ticket code:

Self-cancellation from your account dashboard will be available soon. Until then, please contact us directly.
Force majeure events (floods, strikes, government orders)
You will be offered a 100% refund or a free date rescheduling (subject to availability). We will notify you at least 3 hours before departure via WhatsApp and SMS.
๐ Date Changes / Rescheduling
Date changes are allowed once per booking, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before departure.
Rescheduling is subject to availability on the new date.
If the new date has a higher price, the difference must be paid. Lower-priced dates do not result in a refund of the difference.
To reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.
