How do I book a cruise? +
Browse our cruise listings, select a date and ticket type, add to cart, and complete payment. Your digital ticket arrives instantly on screen and via WhatsApp.
Can I book for a group? +
Yes! You can book multiple tickets in one order. For groups of 15+, WhatsApp us for special group rates and dedicated assistance.
How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend at least 48 hours ahead, especially on weekends and holidays. Popular dinner cruises sell out quickly.
Can I modify my booking date? +
Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours before departure. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference.
Do I need to print my ticket? +
No printout needed. Show your digital ticket QR code or 8-character code on your phone at the jetty.
💳 Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept? +
UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Net Banking — all via Razorpay.
What is the deposit system? +
Some cruises require only a partial deposit at booking (e.g. 30%). The balance is paid in cash at the jetty. The amounts are shown clearly at checkout.
Is my payment secure? +
Yes. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption via Razorpay. We never store your card details.
Are there any hidden charges? +
None. The price shown includes all taxes. What you see is what you pay.
How long does a refund take? +
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What types of cruises are available? +
Dinner Cruises, Sunset Cruises, Party Cruises, Family Cruises, and Private Charters — all on the Mandovi River, Goa.
What time do cruises depart? +
Evening cruises: 6:30–7:30 PM (returns by ~10 PM). Sunset cruises: ~4:30 PM. Check the cruise detail page for exact timings.
What is included in the cruise? +
Inclusions vary — check the "Inclusions" tab on the cruise page. Typically: live music, welcome drink, buffet dinner or snacks, cultural performances.
Is alcohol served on board? +
Yes, on most cruises. "Open Bar" tickets include unlimited drinks. Check ticket type details for inclusions.
Are children allowed? +
Yes! Children under 5 are usually free. Ages 5–12 get a discount. Check the ticket types on the cruise page.
📱 Digital Tickets
Where do I find my ticket? +
It appears on the booking confirmation page immediately after payment, and is also in My Account → My Bookings → View Ticket.
How do I use my ticket at the jetty? +
Show the QR code or 8-character ticket code at the GoaBoats counter at Santa Monica Jetty, Panaji.
What does "Pending Balance" mean on my ticket? +
You paid a deposit at booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash before boarding. The exact amount is shown on your ticket.
I deleted my ticket WhatsApp message. What now? +
Log in → My Account → My Bookings → View Ticket. You can view and re-share it anytime.

What is the cancellation policy? +
72+ hours before: full refund. 24–72 hours before: 50% refund. Under 24 hours: no refund. View full policy →
How do I request a cancellation? +

What if GoaBoats cancels the cruise? +
You get a 100% refund or free rescheduling. We will notify you immediately via WhatsApp.

Which cruise do you recommend for first-timers? +
The Dinner Cruise — it is the quintessential Goa experience with food, live music, and Goan cultural dance. For a shorter trip, try the Sunset Cruise.
Is the jetty wheelchair accessible? +
The Santa Monica Jetty area is accessible. Call us in advance for dedicated boarding assistance.
Do I need to carry an ID? +
Yes, carry a government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving Licence) for verification at the jetty.
